Always Braided was created around one simple idea: braids are for everyday life. Our goal is to provide consistent, beautiful, accessible braiding services without compromising professionalism or organization. Every appointment follows a standardized process, so you know exactly what you're getting — every time, no surprises.
Policies
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The amount varies by service and is applied toward your total. Deposits are nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours' notice. Canceling your appointment, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, forfeits your deposit. A 10-minute grace period is included for late arrivals — arriving 10–30 minutes late incurs a $15 late fee, and arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited. No guests or children, please, so every appointment stays on schedule.
No refunds are offered. If you have any concerns about your service, please raise them before leaving your appointment so they can be addressed. Once you leave, your service is considered accepted.
Please arrive with clean, fully detangled, fully blown-out hair, free of heavy oils, grease, or product buildup, ready for braiding.
Review the available add-ons before booking to customize your appointment. Hair is included with every style by default. If you'd like to bring your own hair instead, select that option when booking — you'll be asked how many bundles you're bringing, and additional bundles can be added at booking if needed.
If you have any thinning areas, bald spots, alopecia, sensitive areas, or other scalp concerns, please let us know before your appointment. This allows us to determine whether your desired style is suitable and provide the best results.
Because braiding hair is dyed in batches, slight color variations may occur between batches. While every effort is made to maintain consistency, exact color matching can't be guaranteed.
